LEADERSHIP COUNCILS
Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council is a consultative body working with the Pastor in directional planning, providing recommendations regarding parish growth and development. Members of this council assess the overall health of the parish, reviewing needs and setting vision and mission to guide the future life of the parish. The council promotes communication and understanding between all groups connected to the church including from the archdiocese and universal church leadership staff, commissions and parishioners.
Finance Council
This council provides the Pastor with advice on administrative, property, financial and legal matters. In particular, the council provides financial analysis and financial planning advice to the Pastor. This includes making recommendations for priorities in capital expenditures and creating a reserve fund to meet expenditures, both short- and long-term. This team reviews an annual budget proposal and determines feasibility based on estimated income. They also assist in annual appeal and parish stewardship programs
School Advisory Council
This council provides the Pastor with advice on school issues. Members include Pastor Fr. John, Principal Gary Beckley and parent representatives.
